    Xtreme Play is a family entertainment center based in Jeddah KSA, it has trampolines, Giant Air Jumping bag, a Volleyball court, a basketball arena, and an inflatable ninja warrior course is the only facility available in Jeddah. It also offers events booking like birthday parties, school visits, and other private events in the huge party halls. A wide range of food is also offered here, which includes multinational food brands like Starbucks, Baskin Robins & ICEE, etc.

Xtremeplay.me reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, xtremeplay.me, may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you. Your Registered Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account user name and password and for preventing unauthorized access to your profile. If delivery attempted but not completed because of inaccurate or incomplete information the sender will still be charged." Payment Terms We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in SAR or Cash on Delivery for its products and services. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction." Order Confirmation Once an order is made, we will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an (Order Confirmation E-mail attaching an e-receipt) summarizing the details of your order." Order Changes If you wish to add or change your order, change the date and/or time, and/or shipping address of delivery, please give us a call at least within 24 hours after purchasing your order online before your order is due to be collected or delivered. However, if your order has been processed, we will be unable to change your order, refund or exchange perishable items such as items made from balloons. Depending on the extent of preparations made for the order, changing your order may result in charges ranging from 50% to 100% of the order value. We are normally unable to change an order on the date of delivery. Non-balloon items can be changed however additional shipping charges may apply if the order is in transit for delivery. Please consider your order changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. Additional charges may be applied depending on the amount of purchased orders."
  • REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
    Refund and Return/Exchange Policy: A refund may be requested if an item has not yet been delivered. In case it has been delivered, you have 12 hours from the time of delivery to request a refund, return or exchange. The maximum refund amount is equal to the paid amount minus shipping cost and wrapping as long as the item has not been opened, used or is in the same condition at the time of signed delivery. However, because of the nature of our balloon products, balloon items cannot be returned for a refund if it has already been delivered. Products We endeavour to display as accurately as possible the products available for sale on our website. However, the colors and images that you will see on our website will depend on a number of factors such as your monitor and its settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color or other features of products shipped to in accordance with your order(s) will appear exactly the same as the image you see displayed on the website. We may every now and then vary the dimensions and specifications of items displayed on our website without prior notice. Pricing Unless otherwise specifically indicated, all prices on the website are in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Currency (SAR), or in the currency of the country in which your order was submitted. Applicable Law The Laws of the Saudi Arabia shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. The competent court in the Saudi Arabia shall decide on any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement. Cancellation Policy If you notice any error in the Order Confirmation, please give us a call (+966 55 5197 122) immediately or at least by 11.00am the day before the order is due to be collected or delivered. However, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order, cancelling your order may result in charges ranging from 25% to 100% of the order value. We strictly follow no cancellation of order if items had been served.
  • WHAT IS XTREME PLAY DOING TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE JUMPERS?
    Safety is our number 1 priority, it always has been and always will. Keeping our staff and customers safe during this time is top of our minds, top ensure this, we have implemented the following 6 steps: 1. Additional Cleaning and Sanitization procedures, cleaning will be continuous throughout the day. 2. We will be conducting temperature screening for all staff and customers when arriving at XTREME PLAY. If anyone has symptoms (Temperature over 37.5 degrees) they will be denied entry to the venue and asked to seek medical attention. 3. XTREME PLAY is socially distanced, with our 1 person per trampoline rule, this will continue in our café area where we will operate with 2m social distancing rules in place. With 1 person per trampoline, you are always 2m away from other people. 4. All customers and staff are required to wear facemasks at all times (to be confirmed at the time of opening) 5. Reduced Capacity, XTREME PLAY will have fewer customers than normal, to ensure all of our safety. 6. XTREME PLAY has introduced a new role as a Hygiene Host, a dedicated staff member to ensure that all health screening and cleaning measures are followed upon entrance.
  • HOW OFTEN DO YOU STERILIZE?
    Each day we thoroughly clean the venue and trampolines with approved disinfectant solutions. We also provide hand sanitizers for customers to use, One of our housekeeping staff’s core responsibilities is to wipe surfaces on a continuous basis. The pest control company has certified XTREME PLAY continues to be a safe place to visit due to the high level of maintenance. We also provide hand sanitizers & anti-bacterial soaps for customers to use.
  • HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED TO JUMP PER SESSION?
    XTREME PLAY will have less customers than normal, to ensure all of our safety. We have reduced the capacity to 70%. Our massive venues allow plenty of space for every visitor.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
    We have introduced “Flexible booking options” – With current levels of uncertainty within the community we want to ensure that our customers can book their XTREME PLAY experience knowing they have the flexibility to move their booking if they decide to in the future. Bookings can now be moved without penalty up to 12 months in the future. All fees or deposits paid will be held in credit.
  • WHAT TYPE OF SCREENING METHODS ARE YOU USING?
    We have many procedures in place to maintain health and safety, all of these are managed by our Hygiene staff, this included screening: • All staff members and customers must have a temperature check to ensure their body temperature is below 37.5 degrees. If it’s above this, they will be asked to seek medical assistance and leave the venue • All customers and staff members must wear face masks at all times • Ensure all hands sanitizers are in place around the venue and are used regularly throughout the day.
  • WHERE IS XTREME PLAY LOCATED?
    We currently have our venue at Sultan Mall Jeddah.
  • IS THERE ANY AGE, HEIGHT OR WEIGHT LIMIT?
    One of the great things about trampoline is that anyone can do it, from young children to grandparents! -For safety reasons, Junior Jumpers have a dedicated areas to jump (kids from walking age and under 110 cm)
  • DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
    Customers can book in advance by calling our venue however we accept the walk-in customers as well, unless specified.
  • WHAT ARE PAYMENT METHODS?
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards & Cash. you can make a booking over the phone and pay in upon arrival.
  • IS MY BOOKING REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?

  • WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE BEFORE MY BOOKING?
    We recommend arriving 15 min prior to the booked time of the event.
  • WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS AND WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE?

  • WHAT DO I WEAR?
    We recommend athletic and comfortable clothing. Xtreme Play socks with grip are compulsory to avoid slipping, these are not included in your admission fee. Flat soled and closed-toe shoes must be worn at all times in the arena.
  • CAN I LEAVE MY KINDS UNSUPERVISED AT XTREME PLAY?
    Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
  • CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
    Due to our food health & safety policy, no self-catering is allowed.
  • DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?
    Xtreme Play has open cube lockers and paid secure lockers available.
  • DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?
    Yes – we have discount rates for groups of 10 or more, Please call us to know more.
  • DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?
    Yes – we have a Multi Visit Pass that can be given as a gift.
